FAQs
What do you cover at an event?
1
We cover photography and video at the same event, from one team: speakers, panels, stands, networking and the small moments in between. You get a photo gallery, edited video and short clips ready for social media.
What we capture
Keynotes, presentations and panel discussions
Exhibitor stands and booth visits
Networking and audience moments
Behind the scenes and set-up
What you get afterwards
Edited photos of every speaker, plus video of key talks
Stand photography and short exhibitor interview clips
Natural, unposed photos for reports, sponsors and next year's promotion
Social-ready clips and stories for your channels
Why use one event photographer and videographer team?
2
One team means one brief, one point of contact and no two crews competing for the same spot in front of the stage. Because we plan photo and video together, the key moments get covered in both formats instead of falling between two suppliers.
It also means the photos and video look like they came from the same event. Same style, same priorities, same list of people you need captured.
Do you photograph and film conferences and corporate events?
3
Yes. Conferences, summits, forums and corporate events are most of what we do, including presentations, panel discussions, exhibitor interviews and networking.
At the EnOcean Alliance Summit in Frankfurt we covered presentations, panels and networking across the event. At Light + Building 2026 we handled on-site photography and video for BACnet Interest Group Europe. For conference filming, we agree the shot list before the day, so the speakers and sessions that matter most to you are covered first.
What happens to the content after the event?
4
We plan event content to keep working after the doors close. Short interviews and clips become separate social posts, so a two-day event can feed your channels for weeks.
What we've learned is that event video needs to be useful after the event, too. At Smart Buildings Show in London, we filmed short exhibitor interviews, giving people who couldn't attend a chance to hear directly from the company. Because we also work on the social media side, we think beyond the highlight reel. A short interview about a product, certification or why someone joined an association can become its own post. The event lasts a couple of days at most, but the content can keep working for weeks afterwards.
That's the difference between content that looks nice in a folder and content that actually gets used.
Yes. We're based in Edinburgh and cover events across Scotland, the UK and internationally, including trade shows in Frankfurt, Las Vegas, Japan, China, London and Birmingham.
We've documented the EnOcean Alliance presence at AHR Expo in Las Vegas and stepped in at short notice for the SBS Leaders Forum in Birmingham. Busy show floors, booth schedules and international crowds are normal working conditions for us.
We quote every event individually, because the price depends on how long we're on site, whether you need photo, video or both, and what you need delivered afterwards. Tell us about your event and we'll come back with a clear quote.
The things that shape the quote:
Time on site: a single session, half a day, a full day, or a multi-day show
Photo, video or both: combined coverage from one team
Deliverables: gallery only, or edited video, interview clips and social cuts as well
Travel: events outside Edinburgh, including international trade shows
It depends on what you need. Social media clips can be ready in as little as 30 minutes while the event is still running, edited video usually takes between 24 hours and a week, and bigger story-led projects take longer.
For context, our Street Assist Edinburgh documentary was filmed over three months of live night shifts and delivered two to three weeks after filming wrapped. We'll confirm the timeline for your event when we quote.
Yes. Marketa handles event planning, coordination and on-site support, while Mickey leads photography, video and creative direction. If you need help with the running of the event as well as the content, we can do both.
